Business development, expansion & WorkStudio
Business development and expansion between Silicon Valley and Sweden have been a personal passion of mine for years. I’ve seen firsthand how both ecosystems complement each other—Silicon Valley’s relentless innovation and access to capital paired with Sweden’s focus on sustainability, technical expertise, and collaborative culture. Bridging these worlds isn’t just about connections; it’s about creating real opportunities that drive growth and value on both sides.
When I work with companies looking to expand or innovate, I take a hands-on approach. I guide them through the complexities of both markets, making sure they connect with the right people, institutions, and ideas. Whether it’s helping a Swedish startup refine its pitch for Silicon Valley investors or introducing a U.S.-based tech firm to Sweden’s industrial powerhouses, my role is to open doors, facilitate learning, and ensure those connections lead to something tangible.
For me, this isn’t just business—it’s about fostering relationships, building trust, and seeing organizations thrive by leveraging the best of what these two incredible regions have to offer. It’s about creating a structured pathway for innovation and collaboration that accelerates growth while staying grounded in real-world impact.
Today we are a small team developing a vehicle for this type of work - it's called WorkStudio.
